Third victim from Sandhill road traffic accident passes away

By Benjamin Flowers: Eustace Dawson Jr., the third victim involved in a fatal road traffic accident in Sandhill Village this morning, has died.

Reports are that Dawson died while undergoing surgery at a Belize City hospital earlier today.

Dawson had been rushed to receive emergency care after the pickup truck he was in collided with a passenger bus, shortly after 9:00 a.m.

Traveling with him at the time were James Dawson and Brandon Gillett, who both died on the spot.

In the aftermath of their death, there has been an outpour of condolences to their family from members of the public and from Belize Rural North Area Representative Marconi Leal.
