By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The Belize Tourism Board’s (BTB) capacity development team concluded a successful training in Sarteneja Village today.
The Elevate Training Programme, under the theme, “Defining Customer Service and Leadership” was facilitated by Claudine Pohl from Lemoneight.
Participants were engaged in interactive activities based on customer service concepts and best practice techniques.
The series of training will be held in the following locations:
“This highly interactive session engaged stakeholders which included artisans, tour guides, restaurants, and accommodations,” the BTB noted.
