By Benjamin Flowers: The Belize Police Department is offering a cash reward for information on who burglarized a Belize Bank ATM in Corozal.
Police say that on Sunday, December 10, they responded to a call of a burglary at Escuela Secundaria Tecnica Mexico High School, San Roman Village Corozal District.
Reports are that armed men stole a black box containing an estimated $100,000 cash from the ATM on the school’s compound.
A reward of $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the apprehension of the person/persons responsible.
Anyone with information is urged to report it by calling 911, 922 or the nearest police station.
