Gilbert ‘Bredda’ Thurton leads Port Layola in 2-0 win over Altitude in Premier League of Belize

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Port Loyola took down Altitude 2-0 at the Michael Ashcroft Stadium in Independence in the Premier League of Belize Week 12.

Gilroy ‘Bredda’ Thurton nailed the opener in the 19’.

He then secured the match in the 68’ for the final 2-0.

The win pushes Port up to 21 points over Progresso (20) who play Wagiya on Sunday in Dangriga.

Altitude remains in the fifth position with 16 points.
