Fitness Dance comes to the City

la Ical.: Fitness is becoming all the talk in several parts of Belize these days and instructors from broad have been coming to Belize to conduct some work out sessions with interested Belizeans.

One of these sessions is set to take place on July 16th at two in the afternoon in Belize City. The venue has been set at St. Catherine’s multipurpose building.

The instructors include Saer Jose from Athens Greece and Menisha, an instructor from Body 2000 who will be leading a zumba session.

It is being organized by Herba Tea 501. Coordinator Lilia Galvez says that the event has been one that they have been planning for over a year and launched a marketing campaign for the big day since April this year.

Galvez says they have been focused on organizing the fitness dance in an effort to encourage “getting our community fit and getting out community up and active.”

An event of this magnitude has not been held in the City before and Galvez says she hopes that the community supports them to join in “something new and trending”.

Galvez adds that while the fitness dance is planned to be a fun event, she explains that fitness is a way of life, something that the Herba Team promotes and hope to help improve Belizeans’ lifestyles into a healthier one.

Galvez says that many Belizeans have chosen to follow the Herbalife nutrition plan and the reviews have been excellent with many Belizeans, herself included, have lost many pounds under the new life style they chose.

The event is scheduled for Saturday July 16th at 2 in the afternoon. There is an admission fee: $25.00 general admission and $50.00 for VIP tickets. Children under 14 pay ten dollars in advance.
