Man charged for murder in Yo Creek

By BBN Staff: Larry Banner, 31, of Yo Creek Village has been charged for the murder of 13-year-old Kian Chuc which happened on June 24, 2016.

According to police reports, Banner had inflicted severe chop wounds on Chuc who succumbed to injuries on June 28, 2016.

Banner was charged for the crime of murder in addition to the crime of attempt murder, aggravated burglary, aggravated assault and wounding.
