Man, 47, lucky to be alive after being chopped to the forehead

By BBN Staff: A man is lucky to be alive after he was chopped to the forehead last night.

He has been identified as Floyd Anthony, 47.

Information to BBN is that sometime after 8 p.m. he was in Esperanza, Cayo when a man he knows attacked him.

He was transported to the San Ignacio Hospital where he remains hospitalized.

His attacker has since been detained by police.
