Police officer charged for “unlawful” sex with minor

By BBN Staff: A police officer attached to the San Ignacio police has been charged for 8 counts of ‘unlawful sexual intercourse’.

A 13-year-old minor, accompanied by a social worker, reported that over the past five months she has been engaged in sexual relations with police constable Herman Milian.

Police commenced an investigation and a medical examiner determined that the minor was carnally Known.

PC Milian has since been arrested and charged for eight counts of ‘unlawful sexual intercourse’.
