13-year-old child needs assistance for brain surgery

By BBN Staff: Amelia Rash is a 13 year old girl from Punta Gorda who was battling severe headaches.

After medical examinations, it was detected that she has a massive brain tumour that shattered her vision.

The child is now at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital awaiting to undergo a brain surgery.

The Belize Brain Awareness Society and the family are seeking the public’s assistance in raising $10,000 needed for the surgery.
