Belizean arrested for stealing from hotel guest in Monterrey, Mexico

By BBN Staff: Mexican news site, Norte.com reports that two men were detained by Monterrey police yesterday for stealing from a hotel guest.

Authorities noted that one of the men is a Belizean national.

The police were notified by a hotel guest who sought help and told police that his belongings were stolen from inside of the Amado Nervo hotel.

The guest said he left his room and upon his return, he saw the men exiting the room with his suitcase and other items including his Samsung phone.

The police busted the two men along with the items.

Both suspects were only identified in the report as Christofer M. and Jorge Arturo L.
