Text messages with Belize Minister to be presented as Jacob Kingston testimony begins

By Aaron Humes: Reports from Salt Lake City, Utah, say the man who directly fingered accused Lev Dermen in a multi-million dollar fraud of the U.S. government begins testimony today.

Jacob Kingston, leader of the group known as ‘The Order’ and who has already pleaded guilty to multiple counts in relation to the Washakie Renewable Energy case, was expected to take the stand starting today, Tuesday. He is expected to detail the nature of messages sent by WhatsApp to Minister of National Security John Saldivar, the existence of which have been used to charge that Saldivar received funds from Dermen and through Kingston, which he denies.

Meanwhile, a businessman owner of a shrimp farm on the Coastal Road has had his name crop up in the released documents from the court which list him as having received a loan from Dermen. He is expected to testify later on as well.
