Apparent murder in Ladyville reported

By Aaron Humes: Unconfirmed but reliable reports to BBN is that a taxi operator was shot and killed this afternoon in Ladyville, Belize District.

70-year-old Leo Skeen was apparently fixing his vehicle in his yard in the Japan area of Ladyville when he was shot. He has since reportedly died.

Police have begun their investigations and we await further developments.
