By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies with cloudy spells today as drier conditions settle in over the area.
Showers will be limited to the south mainland and seas.
Tonight skies will be partly cloudy with isolated showers, again mainly over the south.
High temperatures today are 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 87 degrees inland, and 72 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 74 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 68 degrees inland, and 62 degrees in the hills.
Winds are from the north to northeast at 5 to 15 knots and the sea state is choppy.
Tides will be high at 8:50 this morning and 7:35 this evening and low at 1:25 this afternoon. Sunset is at 5:37 this evening and sunrise on Saturday is at 6:26.
For Saturday, expect mainly fair weather with only isolated showers before becoming cloudier late Saturday night with a few showers over the North after midnight.
