U.S. Embassy Belize hands over 5 desktop computers to Belize Police Department

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Evangeline McDowell, Regional Security Officer of the U.S. Embassy Belize, handed over 5 desktop computers to Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams.

The computers will be used to support the work of the Placencia Police Sub-Station and the Criminal Records Office. 

The Commander of the Placencia Police Sub Station, ASP Alma Mortis, and Officer in Charge of the Criminal Records Office, Sgt. Linneth Lopez proudly received their fully equipped computers to support and enhance their daily work performances.

Commissioner Williams, ASP Mortis and Sgt. Lopez expressed gratitude and appreciation to the U.S. Embassy Belize for this donation demonstrating the continued partnership, support and efforts to support Belizean citizen security.
