BREAKING: One man hospitalized after shooting on Iguana Street Extension

By Aaron Humes: Shots were reported earlier tonight on Iguana Street Extension in Belize City, and it has now been confirmed that one person is injured as a result.

49-year-old Delvy Hinds Jr suffered an apparent gun shot wound to the abdomen and was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he is being attended to by doctors.

Iguana Street Extension is located in the third of three areas covered by the present State of Emergency in effect since July 27.

Investigations are now underway.
