John Cus charged with rape

By BBN Staff: Today, San Pedro police charged 37-year-old John Cus with rape.

Cus is accused of the February 9th rape of an American tourist while staying at a friend’s home in San Pedro.

She told police that around 4:30 a.m. that day she woke up to Cus raping her.

In an identification parade, she positively identified him as he had been her chaperone while visiting the island.
