By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Four men accused of being involved in the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moise in 2021 have been sent to the U.S., BBC reports.

The culprits will face charges in the U.S. for Moise’s murder.

Three of the suspects are dual US-Haitian citizens and one is Colombian.

The suspects will appear in a Miami court today.

The investigation in Haiti has been on pause after investigators and judges received death threats.

However, investigations are proceeding in the U.S. since the plan to murder Moise was allegedly done by Haitian-Americans in Florida.
