Fire guts house in Orange Walk town

Thursday, July 24, 2014. ORANGE WALK BUREAU Reporting: An Orange Walk family of four is without a roof over their heads after fire gutted their house this afternoon.

The bungalow house that was destroyed by the fire was located in the Black Water Creek area of Orange Walk Town.

The cause of the blaze is now under investigation by fire officials; but preliminary indications are that electricity sharing from one house to another may have played a role in the cause of the fire.
